- Loan file information: entity documents, guarantor identification, credit reports (with authorization), bank statements, property and construction documents, and insurance.
- Servicing information: payment history, draw requests, and inspection reports.
- Website data: basic server logs. The deal analyzer runs entirely in your browser, and we don't receive your inputs.
How we use it
- To evaluate, underwrite, close, and service loans.
- To verify identity and meet legal, anti-fraud, and recordkeeping obligations.
- To communicate about your inquiry, loan, or draws.
Sharing
We don't sell personal information. We share it as needed with appraisers and valuation providers, title and closing agents, inspectors, credit bureaus, insurers, our attorneys and accountants, capital partners or loan purchasers bound by confidentiality, and authorities as required by law.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, and keep loan records for as long as required by law and our business needs. Don't send Social Security numbers or account numbers through our website form. We'll provide a secure upload method when needed.
