Investors Capital Funding LLC was formed in 2024 in Tampa to provide short-term and investment-property loans to real estate investors who need a lender that answers the phone, visits the property, and makes decisions locally.
We focus on business-purpose loans secured by non-owner-occupied residential and small commercial property, mostly in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Polk, and Manatee counties.
Our view is simple: good deals with clear plans deserve fast, clear answers, and borrowers deserve to see every term in writing before they commit.

Business-purpose lending only
We lend to investors and their entities for the purchase, renovation, construction, or refinance of investment property. We don't make loans for personal, family, or household purposes, or loans secured by a home you live in or plan to live in. If you're buying a home to live in, a licensed residential mortgage lender or broker is the right place to start.
